Nice to meet you, I’m Madison.

Some call me Madi, Mads, or Midi, but I’ll leave this one up to you!

I’m a Talent Manager, Brand Strategist, and founder of my former freelance venture, Studio Madison. With over seven years of experience, my work lives at the intersection of media, culture, and connection, where I help people and brands grow with intention.

For background on where my journey started: I grew up in Colorado Springs, nestled at the foothills of the Rockies, where I was surrounded by natural beauty, wide open spaces, and a stillness I always seem to find my way back to.

From a young age I was endlessly curious – constantly writing stories, painting pictures, choreographing dances, designing imaginary fashion lines, filming backyard news segments, photographing sunsets, and asking far too many questions (for field research, of course) about anything that piqued my interest or crossed my path. That hunger to understand the world around me, and express it, only deepened as I got older.

Eventually, it led me to attend the University of Colorado Boulder, where I studied Strategic Communication & Media Practices, exploring film and media production within my major, minoring in Business Entrepreneurship, and earning a certificate in Technology, Arts & Media (as you can probably tell, I like to have my hands in a little bit of everything).

In 2018, I moved to Los Angeles – a true childhood dream come true, and began my career in LA’s digital landscape just as Instagram still had the Kelvin filter, Kylie & Kendall were making Keeks, OG bloggers like Chiara Ferragni, Rocky Barnes, and Monday Swimwear were all the rage, and influencing was a foreign concept. I’ve since worked on both brand and talent sides, from large in-house teams to boutique agencies and small startups. I built influencer programs and social strategies from scratch, led partnerships across social, editorial, podcast, and talent, and essentially learned how to take big ideas and turn them into real things with impact.

Fast-forward to today: I’m based in New York living in the heart of NoHo and I work for The Digital Dept., where I manage a curated roster and support creators through every stage of their growth. Beyond talent management, I help with affiliate marketing services, brand castings, new business discovery, brand showrooms, and personal creator consultations. While I’ve since sunset Studio Madison, I’m channeling that entrepreneurial spirit intrapreneurially – and loving the camaraderie of being part of a team again.

Moving to New York was another childhood dream realized, and after eight months of living here, I’ve fallen in love with the pace, the people, the rhythm, and the spontaneity of it all. Even on the toughest days, this city inspires me, fuels me with drive, and I love how you quite literally bump into new people, opportunities, and experiences just by walking down the street.

When I’m not working, you can find me doing yoga, browsing farmers markets, cooking something seasonal, nose-deep in a new memoir or self help book, hunting for vintage levi’s, antiquing for interior gems, making a dent in my never-ending bucket-list of New York restaurants, wandering aimlessly through Central Park or Elizabeth Street Garden, catching up with friends over coffee, and more recently . . . wondering if I should start training for a marathon like everyone else in this city (lol).

I’m an Aquarius Sun, an ENFJ on the Myers-Briggs scale, and a Generator in Human Design – basically I’m curious, creative, and fueled by connection. At my core, I believe in thoughtful work, collaborative energy, and playing to play. Let’s make something meaningful together. :)
