In my two-year tenure as the in-house Marketing Manager for the leading global women’s leadership conference and modern media company, Create & Cultivate, I continued to reimagine the digital and experiential brand identity and omni-channel marketing strategies across eight large scale conferences, as well as a variety of intimate influencer, brand, and female founder gatherings.
I managed everything from social strategy, to email marketing and acquisition, blog features, podcast episodes, panel programming, talent procurement, brand sponsorships, visual design, and more to ensure that every event reached new audiences, boosted brand awareness, and ultimately drove revenue for the business. I approached every task with love, care, and the utmost attention to detail.
The CC 100 List
Create & Cultivate partnered with Chevrolet to announce its sixth annual Create & Cultivate 100 2022 List honoring 100 women breaking down barriers across ten different categories of business. Whether through talent announcements or interview profiles with each honoree, I worked as the Marketing Manager to handle the talent procurement and research, photoshoot production, editorial interview, asset delivery, and social, website, and email strategy that delighted community members and presenting sponsors alike.




Los Angeles Summit
Headed the branding and marketing strategies for this massive Los Angeles-based event with thousands of attendees and two main stages with concurrent programming featuring Bella Hadid, Winnie Harlow, Olivia Culpo, and more. Throughout the day, I provided on site content creation, community engagement, Reels and Stories, and produced all marketing emails both pre- and post-event to drivuced all marketing emails both pre- and post-event to drive traffic and ticket sales.
